My Account & My Orders

Easily place your orders following below steps.

1. At Home Page (www.bkdesigns.in) or in top header you can explore the Categories. Select your favorite category and start adding the products in the cart with a single click.

2. After adding products, Click on “My Cart” and proceed to Checkout.

3. You can Checkout by Creating Account/ Signin or via Guest User (Fill Correct Shipping Details for Accurate Tracking of your order).

4. Click on “Continue to Payment”. Select your preferred Payment Gateway, Pay the Amount, and Confirm Your Order.

5. You will receive the Confirmation Email once the order is successfully placed.

We will ship your order on your mentioned shipping address. Your order will be delivered at your doorstep by trusted courier services. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

We’ll send an Email and SMS with your Order ID and Order Details. Also, once the order is shipped from the warehouse you will receive the tracking details via SMS and email. Also you can check the status of your order from our My Accounts page.

Don’t worry we will help you out in every possible way. We request you to check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your amount has been debited after a payment failure, it will get automatically reverse back by the respective bank within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellation

  1. You can cancel your order within 6 hours from duration of placing the order.
  2. You just have to raise a cancellation request for your order(s) by sharing us an email with your Order ID and reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the same email ID used while ordering on Bkdesigns. Send us the email on [email protected]
  3. We will send you a confirmation email along with refund details on your registered email address. 

Note – Since your orders get printed upon orders. Once order is printed / shipped from the warehouse, It can’t be canceled. In case of genuine issues you can reach out to our support and we will provide a reasonable resolution to you.

Payment Options

  1. We have trusted and secured payment gateways. It is completely secure to pay online via Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions.


    Please Note: Bkdesigns Team does not ask for your personal information or banking details over call or email. Please do not share the details with anyone. Only follow the secured checkout process at the Website.

Only for COD orders, you will be levied Cash Collection Charges of Rs.50 per product. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied Cash Collection Charges of Rs.150.

The COD option might not be available because of the following reasons:

1. Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.
2.The products ordered are not available for the COD option.

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary. All the final product charges on checkout page are inclusive of taxes.

1. Make sure you have entered the correct account details and the Internet connection is not disrupted during the payment process.


In case your amount has been debited after a payment failure, it is automatically reverse back by the respective bank within 7-10 business days.

Shipping & Tracking

We personally ensure that every delivery from Bkdesigns is processed under excellent condition and in fastest time. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a safe and sound state.

We use top delivery services across India covering most of the areas of country. Is you have custom requirements or requests for your shipping you can get in touch with us for finest options.

We try to ship & deliver your orders as soon as we can. General dispatch timing is 1-3 days and it will take additional 1-3 days for the delivery to reach at your doorstep. 

However actual delivery times may vary due to unexpected circumstances. 

We provide free shipping on orders above 1500, If you choose COD payment option you’ll have to pay 50 Rs. for each product. 

ie. If you ordered 3 products worth 1000 using COD you’ll have to pay additional 150 Rs. for shipping.

Return Policy

Since it’s custom printed products we can not accept return if you’re not happy with the design so we request you to make sure about design size and size guides before placing the order. Design quality differs as per screen resolution.

However if you get defected products we will help you best in such case you have following options. 

  1. Raise return / refund request from your account and explain issue with us. You need to provide photographs of received product so we can investigate the issue. 
  2. You can contact us for the same using [email protected] and we will help you out with your returns. 

If your reasoning for returns are genuine then we will place refund order and our delivery partner will pick up the product from the same address of delivery. This delivery is paid and we will deduct the cost of pickup from the amount to refund. 

Refund Policy

Since all products are printed upon order, we do not offer try and keep / return policy but if you have genuine reason to return the product we will issue refund excluding service charges. 

All refunds will be credited in your account wallet only.
If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order.

In case you receive a faulty product,  Raise a reversal. Upon investigating the issue and it’s genuine we will create a reverse pick up. There is no additional cost in this process.

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product with a valid reason for return and QC approval. Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your account wallet in the next 7-10 working days

We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the 7-10 working days. For queries, you can write to us at [email protected]

Wash Care

Do not bleach or wash with chlorine based detergent/water; use a mild detergent in moderate quantity instead
Do not iron on stitches, seams, trims or embellishments as high temperatures may cause them to open
Do not soak for more than 20-30 minutes; prolonged soaking may lead to colour loss, eventually weakening the fabric
Do not wring
Do not use hard brushes during hand wash as they may damage the prints
Do not leave the iron on at one place for too long; especially at the neck rib where the elastane may break and loosen the rib
Do not iron directly on prints (in case of printed products)
Machine wash cold
Wash/dry inside out
Fabric subject to initial colour loss; hence wash separately
Tumble dry low
Warm iron needed.
Dry promptly in shade; preferably on a flat surface as hanging may cause measurement variations
