Return, Refund, and Cancellation

As orders get printed after you make an order, It’s not possible to return products in any circumstances. We advise our users to make sure of design placement, print size, placement & apparel size. Design appearing may vary as per screen resolutions.

However if you receive products with major defects or damages we will initiate refunds to your wallet after investigating issues in such case.

1. You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 6 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email at [email protected] 

2. Once the order is printed / shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

3. If you have received a damaged product/s, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used account wallet within 7-10 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end we will replace the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and QC verified.

4. Customization

-> In case of any size issues in the custom t-shirts, there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed with the return request.

-> The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.

-> The color of the custom t-shirt and custom mobile cover may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.

5. For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into a particular account wallet used by the customer.

6. After investigation of genuine case we will provide reverse pickup, Our delivery partner will pickup the product from same location of delivery and customer will have to bare charges for reverse pickup.
